About Rachel
Rachel Russell was born in the UK but left at just three months old with her missionary parents to Brazil, where Portuguese became her first language. She started formal schooling at age 7, after returning to the UK, with early tutoring in English.
Growing up in Yorkshire, she began playing the violin at 8 and showed an early sensitivity to music. Education was a challenge due to undiagnosed dyslexia, which often left her feeling out of step in the classroom.
With two brothers and a strong family faith life, they often travelled to churches across the country, sharing stories and singing in Portuguese — a kind of “Von Trapp” family experience.
A move to York didn’t ease her difficulties with the British education system, but it did start shaping her independent spirit. In primary school she won the swimming, art and music trophies.
At 13, after being formally expelled from mainstream school, Rachel was placed in a boarding school — a turning point in her life.
There, she began to thrive. With less pressure from religious expectations and more focused teaching, she found her footing. She loved the sense of affluence and possibility — a “can-do” mindset that deeply influenced her outlook.
Finishing her formal education at the boarding school, she left with something more important: confidence. A twist of fate landed her in Bavaria, Germany, where she quickly learned German — sparking a lifelong love of languages.
Back in the UK six months later, she explored various jobs, but many proved difficult due to her dyslexia — still undiagnosed at that point. That struggle led her to a powerful insight: to explore the connection between dyslexia and music, which had always been a passion.
She went on to complete a degree in music technology, then an MSc (Masters) in internet computing — developing fluency in programming languages alongside spoken ones. At university, she discovered transformative approaches to dyslexia — eventually taking over an institute focused on exercises that boost brain activity.
Rachel later moved to London, experimented with various paths, and ultimately built a career in team-building consultancy — where her empathy, adaptability, and lived experience became her greatest strengths. Working as a Digital Project Management and team-building consultancy, Rachel found herself drawn more deeply to human behaviour, communication, and what makes people truly connect and thrive. She began noticing patterns — in herself and others — around learning differences, emotional intelligence, and how unacknowledged neurodiversity impacts workplace dynamics. This inner curiosity led her to explore transformational coaching, energy work, and the intersection of neuroscience and intuition.
At the same time, her spiritual path was unfolding quietly but powerfully. Rachel began connecting the dots between dyslexia, frequency, sound, consciousness, lucid dreaming, brain re-training, mental toughness university and ‘top 1 % courses around the world to understand different mind-sets. She also did 10 years of natural horsemanship to ‘learn the horse’s language’ and work in unison with their magic.
Over time, what started as a side interest blossomed into a calling — helping others rediscover their inner voice, often hidden beneath trauma, shame, or misdiagnosis.
Rachel now combines her eclectic background — from music, the magic of water, ether, plasma, magnetism, new ways of gardening to enrich all life, to brain-training, from team consultancy to spiritual exploration — into a uniquely personal and empowering offering for humanitarian projects and helping people with their pain (PrimerField Bowls).
She is passionate about giving others permission to be themselves — particularly those who feel “outside the system.”
Today, Rachel is a speaker, facilitator, and intuitive guide, working with people across all walks of life who are ready to reconnect with their own rhythm, release outdated labels, live in their natural flow to enable the next phase of humanity to flip back into utopia and to remember ‘who we are’ as powerful, magical and ever evolving souls.
She continues to explore new frontiers in ether, plasma, water, and minerals that poses intelligence, magnetism, neurodiversity (left & right brain), and conscious awakening — blending science, spirit, and soul in a way that is always authentic, grounded, and expansive.
