I truly believe in the immense potential of a spiritual awakening. When you feel that “connection” first with your own unlimited potentiality and then the universal magnetism the world is your oyster, so to speak. Don’t get me wrong, we all have life challenges to face but when you awaken to your new divine perspective then nothing can phase you for very long. You just learn to bounce back and enjoy each journey of your life path. For me music is the key to harmony and love and life. The Solfeggio frequencies imbedded, especially while playing (piano for me) lift me beyond the human experience and into a spiritual wonderland - like Somewhere over the Rainbow.

Love, Love, Love

Philip Quigley

If love is a force that moves the universe, then perhaps there is nothing truer than what we feel: a connection that transcends the boundaries of time and space. The cosmos, in all its vastness, with the silent dance of the stars and the gravity that keeps them on their course, is nothing more than a reflection of who we are. Perhaps, as Rainer Maria Rilke said, “love is the way for the eternal to manifest itself in us.” And, looking at each other, I feel that we are part of that eternal; scattered fragments that have been attracted by a force that not even the stars can define In this endless flow of existence, I feel that our brief relationship is not just the meeting of two people, but the intersection of cosmic energies that recognize each other. Perhaps, as quantum physics taught us, what appeared to be separate never really was. Like subatomic particles that can influence each other across immeasurable distances, our souls touch each other, influence each other, even if we cannot see or measure how. We are a reflection of the infinite interconnection that governs the universe. Uniting is nothing more than a manifestation of that invisible law that connects everything that exists

Myth/Madness

Philip Quigley

There are lots of myths

around creativity and

the artist’s brain

the right brain is creative,

the left brain is logical.

Must artists

suffer for their art.

Does creative genius

requiremadness.

These ideas are so deeply

embedded in our culture

that they feel like

universal truths.

But reality,

is far more

fascinating.

Think back to

the Renaissance,

when artists were seen

as divinely inspired,

touched by God,

or possessed by

daemons to craft their art

In the Victorian era,

By the 1960s, popular culture had neatly divided the brain into creative and logical halves, with artists encouraged

to bypass their logical brain

to unleash the source

of their creativity.

Each era created its own myths about creativity,

and each contained

a grain of truth.

Take Leonardo da Vinci

He is often portrayed as

a solitary genius

of staggering creativity and

vision.

While his talents were extraordinary,

he actually ran a busy workshop, collaborating with other artists and apprentices.

His creativity emerged not just from individual brilliance,

but from active engagement with others. This reveals an important truth

hidden within

the lone genius myth

while creative insights

can appear in moments of

solitude,

they're often built on

foundations of collaboration

And exchange

this balanced approach

to examining our beliefs

about human creativity.

Instead of simply declaring

these myths

either right or wrong,

It uncovers why

they emerged and

what they can teach us.

When you look at the belief

that artists must suffer

for their art,

for instance,

you find evidence that

some forms of emotional sensitivity

might enhance creativity

but not in the dramatic way

often portrayed in movies and books.

This new approach can help you understand creativity

as it really exists in your

brain and body.

It builds a richer portrait

of how creative thinking

actually is determined

You'll discover that creative ability

isn't simply housed

in one brain hemisphere

isn't guaranteed

by intelligence alone,

and isn't dependent on

suffering or altered states.

Instead, it emerges

from complex interactions between different brain regions, life experiences,

and deliberate practice.

And these insights

don't just satisfy our curiosity;

they help us better understand

and nurture our own creative potential.

After all, creativity isn't just

about genius or madness.

It’s a fundamental human capacity

that we're still learning

to understand.

It’s not a Myth

It’s not madness

It’s an exploration

Of our Divine gift

Of Curiosity

Meditation

Philip Quigley

The purpose is to

Connect with the

Present moment

Enlightenment is

Rising above thought

The Present Moment

Holds the Key

To Liberation

But you cannot find

The present moment

As long as

You are

Your Mind

It keeps you in

The past

Or worrying

About the Future

In the enlightened state

You still use

Your thinking Mind

But in a much more

Focused and

Effective way

To the Ego

The present moment

Barely exists

Only past and

Future are

Consideredimportant.

Ego is always.

Concerned with keeping

Past alive.

Because without it

Who are you?

Ego constantly

Projects itself

Into the future to

Ensure it’s continued

Survival and

To seek some kind of

Release or fulfilment there

Ego says

One day when

This

That

Or other happens

I will be happy!!

Don’t ignore

Your True Self

Your journey

Will be much smoother

If you connect

With your

True self

Through Meditation

Leading to

Enlightened State

There many ways

To get there

And you won’t

Find it in Google Maps

Music

Dance

Sport

Walk

Cook

Just focus

On what your doing

And you will find

Your own way
